Founding Product Designer
Initiated the design process for Phase 1 (MVP) of the product, covering research, product strategy, UX/UI design, branding and marketing assets. Currently collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless and accurate implementation of the design.

Lead Product Designer
Led a global team of four designers through the entire design process, encompassing user research, UX/UI design, and the creation of a comprehensive design system.
Facilitated a seamless handoff to the development team and worked closely with them to ensure effective design implementation.

Led the UX research and design efforts for a multi-product Indian startup in the public sector, including user interviews, competitor analysis, design strategy, wireframing and collaborating with the UI Design team. This experience deepened my understanding of the intersection between design and business strategy.
